After being threatened with expulsion from his own company by his Board of Directors, Norman Osborn attempts to save his position by experimenting on himself with a mysterious serum. Originally meant to bolster the physical strength of the user, the serum creates a fractured personality within Osborn, resulting in the creation of the terrifying Green Goblin!
